Vine-gnettes: Big Debut

Fred was practicing for the role of a lifetime upstairs.
Well, that’s what he would like everyone to think. The local community theater based out of the church basement is putting on a production of Dracula for halloween. Of course, Mary Lou neglected to mention that to the pastor.
He frowned at the idea of undead and unholy creations in the basement of his church, but eventually she convinced him it would provide good contrast for a homily and the show goes on.
Anyway, they’re doing Dracula, and Fred normally helps out with all their productions though typically backstage. Poor thing, never gets cast onstage. It wasn’t for a lack of enthusiasm, that’s for sure.
This time however a member of the ensemble got sick and so now Fred preparing for his big debut.
